This organic tea is a tension release tea. Relaxes tight muscles, soothes the nerves and lift the spirits.
Ingredients
1 part Passion flower,
1 part St John’s wort,
1 part Lemon verbena,
1 part Skullcap.
Directions
Add a heaping teaspoon of the herb mixture to each cup of just boiled water. Cover and let sit for 3 minutes. Pour the tea into cup, straining out herbs.
Enjoy the tea for Valentine’s Day.
