I’ve always been fascinated by organic chilled soups. Organic cucumber soup is a favorite in our house. Absolutely fresh and delicious.
Serves 2
Organic Ingredients
½ avocado
1 cucumber
½ stalk celery
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 teaspoon dill
juice from ½ lime
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender.
Pour the soup in a bowl and garnish with your favorite vegetables.
