Pink Salmon Spinach Salad

Very easy and healthy lunch.

Pink salmon are an excellent source of high-quality protein and contain important vitamins and minerals and in combination with raw spinach , health benefits will increase more.

Ingredients

6 oz Alaska canned pink salmon

5 oz spinach, finely chopped

½ lemon

8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 tablespoon olive oil

salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Combine spinach, tomatoes, salmon in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice,oil, salt and pepper.
