Chicken with Sour Cream

If you don’t have time to prepare

your dinner, this is fast, easy,

delicious chicken breast recipe,

made with peas and sour cream.


Serve 4


Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast

10 oz water

14 oz can peas

1 onion, grated

5 oz hot milk

1 tablespoon white flour

1 cup sour cream

5 tablespoons oil

salt, pepper

Directions

Heat water in a large saucepan over medium heat and boil chicken with salt, until is tender.

Heat oil in a large , heavy saucepan over medium heat and saute onions until tender,add flour, mix for few minutes.

Take the chicken out, set aside and save 10 oz water from the chicken.

Pour milk over onions and flour paste ,stirring all the time. Add  water, chicken , peas, salt , white pepper, cover and leave them on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Place sour cream for another 5 minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve hot.

Note: Try the dish with Hasselback Potatoes.
