What a simply irresistible chicken breast recipe. Use free range , organic chicken- if it really is free range- is a healthier, tastier meat with less of the toxins i’d rather not have in my diet.
1 pound chicken breast sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 fresh sprig of rosemary
1 teaspoon butter
In a medium bowl combine well soy sauce, olive oil and garlic. Place the chicken breast and the rosemary sprig in the soy mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Heat the butter in a hot skillet or grill over medium high heat. Add chicken and fry 5 minutes each side.
Remove from the pan, garnish with rosemary.
