Extremely moist tender organic chicken with lovely crispy skin recipe.
1 whole organic chicken
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon caraway
1 teaspoon savory
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon whole black pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon paprika
salt, pepper to taste
1 teaspoon thyme
2 garlic cloves, minced
Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
In a big pot add bay leaves, caraway, savory, salt , whole pepper and the chicken. Pour water until is over the chicken and boil for 1 hour.
Transfer the chicken on the board , cool, season with salt, pepper , paprika, thyme and garlic.
Place the chicken into a baking dish, set oven to 450 degrees F, roast the chicken for 10- 15 minutes.Transfer to a plate.
Serve with mushroom and cheese recipe.
