Raw Summer Salad

 

Make lots of raw salads in the summer.

When you eat organic, raw food, you simply look and feel better.

Serves 6

Ingredients

1 avocado, seeded, peeled and cut

1 package baby spinach leaves, washed and well drained, cut

½ pound cauliflower flowerets, cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

juice from 1 lemon

salt and pepper as you wish

1 teaspoon flax seeds

 

Directions

Place avocado, spinach and cauliflower in a large serving bowl. Pour over spinach mixture olive oil, salt , pepper, lemon juice and flax seeds. Mix all together and serve immediately.
