Serves about 2 cups
1 ripe avocado, skin and seed removed
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons pure cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
fresh squeezed orange juice (optional)
Blend avocado, dates, cinnamon, cocoa and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth. Add orange juice (optional) as needed for desired consistency.
