Raw Cantaloup Curry Soup

Not only are melons juicy and delicious… they’re packed with goodness, too!
Melons are around 90% water, which means they’re very easy to digest.


Serves 4

Ingredients

½ teaspoon curry powder

½ teaspoon nutmeg

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon garam masala

1 cantaloup

Directions

In a blender combine together cantaloup, curry, nutmeg, cinnamon and masala. Blend until smooth.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until chilled.
