The delicious summer raspberry and rosemary add so much flavor in a cocktail.
The effect is a lovely and aromatic cocktail with a gorgeous color.
10 fresh raspberries
2 ounces premium gin
1 ounce agave
¼ teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, cut
½ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
sparkling water or sprite
1 fresh rosemary spring
Muddle the raspberries and rosemary leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, agave, lemon juice and shake with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with a splash of sparkling water or sprite. Garnish with lime, rosemary spring and raspberries.
