1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon vegetable oil

In a medium bowl whisk together egg, yogurt, flour, sugar, baking powder until just moistened.
Heat a large skillet nonstick over medium. Fold a sheet of paper towel in half and moisten with oil. Rub skillet with oiled paper towel. Pour the mixture into the skillet, cook for few minutes, flip with a thin spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1, 2 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite berries.
