The queen of greens, organic kale is a great source of antioxidants, fiber and vitamins.
Why don’t you try to make a healthy homemade snack?
1 head organic kale,
2 tablespoons good olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash very well the kale, remove the ribs. Cut or just brake them in small pieces.
Lay on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until crispy.
