This flavored bread is crunchy, crisp crust and a soft center.
This recipe could be a great appetizer, snack or side dish.
1 french bread baguette, unsliced
2 cloves garlic, halved
½ cup butter, softened
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley.
Combine garlic, butter, parmesan, parsley. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375 F . Cut slices down the length of bread loaf at 1 inch intervals, without cutting all the way through.
Rub slices and top of loaf with cut side of garlic halves. Mince garlic.
Spread butter mixture between bread slices and top of loaf.
Wrap bread in foil, leaving top partially uncovered.
Bake until heated through, about 10-15 minutes.
