Easter Mushrooms


Our Easter mushrooms are made from hard boiled eggs with tomatoes on top, sprinkle with yogurt dots.


2 tomatoes, cut in half, seeded

4 eggs

plain yogurt


Over medium heat in a large pan place the eggs and water with salt. Boil the eggs ,remove and cool.

Place half of the tomato on top of the egg to look like a mushroom.

Pour the yogurt into a bag, cut a corner of the bag and garnish the tomatoes with dots.
