Lobster Thermidor

It’s Lobster time! Let’s go to French Cuisine for the day. Who enjoys the sea, this is an easy luxurious French dish consisting of a creamy mixture of cooked lobster meat, cognac, served with an oven browned cheese crust, or stuffed into a lobster shell.

Baked Figs with Honey and Cinnamon

A great way to lightly sweeten and use organic figs and this can work well with organic apricots, organic peaches, and organic plums too or make with end of summer fruit that may be less than perfect when eaten fresh.
