Breakfast Organic Smoothie

 

Juicing your organic fruits and organic vegetables can provide your body with much needed nutrition and also preventing some of our most deadly diseases, such as heart disease and cancer.

Serves 1

Organic Ingredients

1 banana, sliced

4 strawberries, cut in half

1/3 cup pineapple, cut

1 cup coconut water

2 tablespoons blueberries

1 handful of kale

2 tablespoons walnuts

1 teaspoon flax seeds

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

 

Directions

Add all organic ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and drink.

 

Note: Also you can use a NutriBullet or a Magic Bullet.
