Beans Garlic Salad

Truly delicious, Beans Garlic Recipe is easier than you think, is high in fiber,good source of iron, low sodium and cholesterol & fat free food.

Look no further for healthy cooking salad and great tasting.



Serve 4

Ingredients:

30oz Northern Beans

4 garlic minced

4 tablespoon oil

salt, pepper to taste

Directions:

In a sauce pan boil the beans for 15 minutes.

Drain and place them in a blender or food processor . Add minced garlic,salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil.  Blend for few second and add another 2 tablespoons of oil and blend for another seconds.

Place them on a bowl and you can serve with crackers or bread.
