Baked Chicken Thighs

The most unique chicken thighs recipe.

The chicken is delicious, moist, good the next day also.



Serve 4

Ingredients

½ pound boneless & skinless organic chicken thighs

3 tablespoon oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

½ cup wine

1 teaspoon oregano

½ cup water

3 cloves garlic, sliced

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

In a bakeware combine 2 tablespoon oil, chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano. Turn chicken on both sides. Pour 1 tablespoon oil, wine, water and garlic.

Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until the chicken is very tender.

Serve with Bake Potatoes.
