Ingredients
4 oz smoked salmon
½ red pepper, sliced
1 cup baby spinach, chopped
1 cup cooked quinoa
½ jalapeno, chopped
juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
salt and pepper
