8 March is International Women’s Day!
The International Women’s Day logo is in purple and white and features the symbol of Venus, which is also the symbol of being female.

Serve 4
Ingredients
¼ (60ml) cup whole milk
2 ½ (1 package) unflavored gelatin
¼ cup (60g) sugar
2 cups (500ml) heavy cream
1 vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise
1 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
In a large bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk.Let stand for about 5 minutes to soften the gelatin.
Over medium heat, in a saucepan, stir the cream and sugar. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean into cream and add vanilla bean pod, also. Heat, stir, until small bubbles apear around the edges of the pan. Remove from the heat and let cool.
Remove vanilla bean pod. Add the warm cream to the gelatin mixture, slowly and stir constantly until completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into four serving cups. Cover and refrigerate overnight or more then 4 hours.
When are ready, run a small, thin knife around the inside of each cup to loosen the panna cotta and invert the cup onto a dessert plate.
Arrange the blueberries alongside and serve.
