Ingredients
4 ready to eat organic Hass avocados
1 small red onion, small-diced
1 small lime, squeezed
1 teaspoon small-diced jalapeno
2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Into a large bowl, cut the avocados in ½, remove the pits and scoop the flesh out of their shells. Using a potato masher, mash the avocados. Add the onion, lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro, salt and pepper and mix well with a wooden spoon.
