Organic Beans with Garlic

 

Truly delicious, Organic Beans with Garlic Recipe it’s easier than you think, it’s high in fiber, good source of iron, low sodium and cholesterol & fat free food. Look no further for healthy cooking and great tasting.

Serve 4

Ingredients:

30oz Northern Beans

3 garlic cloves minced

4 tablespoons good olive oil

salt, pepper to taste

Directions:

In a sauce pan boil the beans for 10 minutes.

Drain and place them in a blender or food processor . Add minced garlic,salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil.  Blend for few second and add another 2 tablespoons of oil and blend for another seconds.

Place them on a bowl and you can serve with crackers, pita or bread.
