Ingredients
6 ears of fresh sweet corn
water
Directions
Just before cooking, husk the corn, pull off the silky threads. Wash the husk and place it into a large pot to the bottom, drop the corn and cover with husk for better taste. Pour water over the corn. Cover the pot, bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 30 minutes or until the corn is done.
Herb Butter Sauce
Ingredients 1 tablespoon fresh basil 1 tablespoon fresh thyme 1 tablespoon fresh parsley 1 tablespoon fresh dill 1 garlic clove ¼ cup unsalted butter ½ lemon, freshly squeezed salt |
Directions
Process all the ingredients in a food processor.
Brush sauce over the corn.
