Greek Appetizer

 

Greeks cooks still  on the natural qualities and flavor of fresh vegetable, extra- virgin olive oil, cheeses made from sheep’s and goat’s milk.  

Very simple and easy  greek appetizer.

Ingredients

1 cup black and green olives

1 cup feta cheese, cut in cubes

1 tablespoon basil, finally chopped  

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients and serve in small glasses.
