Organic Green Olive Spread

What a delicious way to welcome your guests!

Easily digested, olives are beneficial for liver and gall bladder, increasing secretion of bile.

Serves 8

Ingredients

2 cups green olives, unstuffed

1 large red pepper, roasted

1 pickled hot pepper, unseeded

1 tablespoon capers

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 large garlic clove, minced

black pepper, salt to taste

Directions

Process all ingredients in a food processor for a few seconds.

Serve with crackers or bread.
