Pork with organic sugar snap peas and organic red pepper makes a very easy and healthy dinner recipe.
Serve 4
Ingredients
4 pork steaks
1 tablespoon savory
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup red wine
1 onion, finely chopped
1lb sugar snap peas
2 red peppers, sliced
salt , pepper, oregano to taste

Directions
Wash very well the pork sprinkle with salt and pepper, savory, garlic, olive oil and red wine. Mix them all and marinade the pork for 2 hours. Then grilled them over a medium flame for about 7 minutes per side.
In meantime preheat a saute pan over medium high heat with 1 tablespoon of oil. Saute the onion for 5 minutes, add the peas and the pepper. Sprinkle with salt , pepper and oregano. Stir fried them in the hot pan for few minutes.
Serve the steak with sugar snap peas and red pepper.
Garnish with lemon.
