Organic Turkey Breast with Orange

Turkey is a very good source of protein, vitamin B6 and the amino acid. It’s a good source of zinc and vitamin B12. The skinless white meat is an excellent high-protein, low-fat food.

This recipe of organic turkey breast is made with orange juice and oregano.

Serves 4

Organic Ingredients

½ turkey breast with bone

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 ½ cups orange juice

½ cup white wine

salt and pepper

oregano

Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.

Add oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the turkey breast. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the white wine, oregano and orange juice into a bowl.

Move the turkey to a baking dish, add half of the juice mixture.

Bake until the turkey is brown, basting with the remaining juice to keep the meat from drying out.
