Easy and fast recipe with not much sugar and with delicious taste of bananas.

Ingredients
1 1/2cup all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
4 medium ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk
3/4 cup sugar
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
blueberries (optional)
dried cranberries (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
Mash the bananas with the buttermilk in a small bowl.
Beat the butter and the sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed, about 3 4 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, the flour mixture, banana mixture, vanilla and mix well.
Fill the paper liners. Add blueberries or dried cranberries if you wish.
Bake 20 30 minutes, until golden.
Remove the cupcakes from the baking pan, place them on a wire rack. Cool.
Frost the banana cupcakes as you desire.
