Believe it or not this is a really hearty, tasty , great looking four seasons soup. Very easy to make.
Ingredients
1 onions, finely chopped
1 potato, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 pepper, sliced
1 bunch scallion,chopped
1 pound beef sirloin, cubes
1 cup broth
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 cube beef flavor
1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning
salt, pepper
lovage (optional)
Directions
Saute the beef with 2 tablespoons oil in a 3qr nonstick pan, for 8 minutes.Pour 2-2 ½ qr cold water over meat and leave it to cook on medium heat for 1 hour and remove the foam. In this time in a nonstick fry pan add 3 tablespoon oil on medium heat. Saute the vegetables for 10 minutes and place them over the beef. Cook until all the ingredients are tender. Add salt, pepper, cube beef flavor, all purpose seasoning, broth, tomato sauce and lovage. Remove from the heat after another 6 minutes. Garnish with scallions.
