Breakfast Omelet

Let’s started the day with the regular eggs, but the perfect omelet.


Very light ,puffy and delicious taste.





Serve 4

Ingredients:

4 organic eggs

½ onion, diced

½ green pepper, sliced

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon milk

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place the eggs in a bowl with the milk , just a little butter,salt and pepper and mix very well.

In a non stick skillet heat the butter until is melt. Pour in the onion and the green pepper until golden brown for 3 minutes.Add the egg mixture over the vegetables for 5 minutes, steering occasionally.

Serve with tomatoes.
