Organic Black Bean Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups dried organic black beans
4 cups water
7 medium organic clover garlic, finely minced
½ tsp cumin
½ cup organic cilantro
½ tsp salt
2 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce or salsa (optional)
Directions
1.Rinse organic black beans soak overnight and drained.
2.Combine organic black beans , water, cumin in a large saucepan over high heat, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer until beans are tender. Drain well.
3.In a large bowl, mash the beans and garlic together. Stir in the cilantro and salt. Form the mixture into eight shapes . Transfer to a plate and refrigirate for 1 hour.
4.In a large, nonstick frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shapes and cook, turning over once, to 10 minutes.Serve with tomato sauce or salsa on the side.
